FAQ How do I become a member? Candidates interested in pursuing membership, complete a member consideration form and meet with the membership committee. If both parties agree to continue with the process, the member application is forwarded to the Board of Directors for approval. Once approved, placement into a roundtable begins. Do I have to be a CEO? We are looking for engaged leaders; those who make the strategic and financial decisions for the growth of the company and interested in developing their leadership skills. Titles may vary, but ultimately the buck must stop at your desk. What's the time commitment? We expect members to attend at least 80% of the monthly meetings. Meetings run between 3.5 to 4 hours. We understand emergencies do arise, however, committing the time to work on your business is the priority of this organization. Who belongs to CEORoundtable? Engaging leaders willing to share with their peers and open to transforming themselves and their companies to their full potential. We're a diverse group of Minnesota's growing companies representing a myriad of industries. Our membership profile illustrates the range of company size by revenues and employees. How do I select a roundtable? A new member consideration form is forwarded to the roundtable leaders. Once any potential professional or personal conflicts (competitors, vendors, customers, neighbors) are vetted, the candidate interviews with one or more tables interested in adding members. Once the interview process is completed, invitations will be extended. We're interested in making the "fit" good for all. It's a mutual decision between table and candidate. If we have enough new members to start a table we will do so as long as the "fit" is good for all. What are the annual dues? Dues are $1750, with a one-time join fee of $500. Who owns CEORoundtable? CEORoundtable is a nonprofit 501 (c) 6 organization. The nine member Board of Directors is comprised of volunteer CEORoundtable members and the President, the sole staff.
