The Roundtable Experience

Membership Criteria
Leaders of companies with annual revenues of $3mm + with a pattern of growth; or companies who demonstrate an extremely high growth potential; and companies who employ 10 or more employees. Individuals seeking to be engaged in their challenges and to learn from others.

Annual Investment
2008 Annual Membership is $1750, with a one-time new member fee of $500.                              No change for 2009.

Roundtables
We have 7 Roundtables comprised of 8-11 business leaders of growth-driven companies, meet monthly for 3.5-4 hours with their peers from non-competing industries. We're growing and will start a new table in January 2009.

All discussions are confidential and experience-based. It’s a safe haven to discuss all issues that affect the growth of the business: professional and personal.

Regular attendance is critical to the success of the group. Each roundtable sets its membership expectations and meeting calendar.

Meetings are business and leadership-issue focused, not sales networking focused.

A prescribed meeting protocol is followed by each roundtable and is facilitated by a trained member. Each member is presented with a handbook outlining membership expectations and meeting protocol. No outside, paid facilitator is used.

Every roundtable plans an annual retreat to provide an expanded opportunity for learning, networking and recreation. CEORT provides every member a subsidy towards their annual retreat.

Annual leadership development training is provided to roundtable leaders and its members.

Programming
Throughout the year, a variety of programming is scheduled for members to choose. Most are included in your annual membership dues. Programming decisions are based on members surveys and relevancy to growing companies.
